In a dedicated room, there is a chamber where you lie down and relax. Once the Hyperbaric Chamber is turned on, it becomes pressurised., which helps the lungs collect more oxygen.

Then for a period of 1 hour, pure oxygen is pumped into the chamber, while it remains under pressure.

The average oxygen concentration in the atmosphere is approximately 21%, in the chamber it’s closer to 100%.
